Client Review

Once the project is complete, you will receive your Brand Guidelines packet, giving you everything you need on how to use your new brand assets. For websites, you will receive training videos so you're fully educated on how to update your brand new site.

Once you fill out the inquiry form, we will schedule a discovery call to discuss your project and everything you're hoping to accomplish. If we're the right fit,  we will then send over the proposal detailing the scope, timeline, and total investment.

When the contract is signed, you will then receive some homework (a brand questionnaire) that will help us build out a brand strategy — one that aligns with who you are, resonates with your audience and sets you apart from the rest.

Once the brand strategy is defined, the design process will begin. In the presentation, you can expect to see branded mockups, giving you insight into what your brand will look like IRL. If we're presenting a website, expect to see a  homepage wireframe.

After viewing the proposed mockups, you will have a full week to review and provide feedback. All packages include two rounds of revisions. Anything after will incur an additional charge. Once everything is fully approved, we will begin asset delivery.
